About Us

SASA aims to promote the development and dissemination of statistical knowledge and to contribute to the strengthening of the statistical system in Kerala. It organizes and conducts a wide range of training programmes, from basic to advanced levels, covering statistical concepts, theories, and skills for statistical personnel, researchers, and officials of local self-governments. Digital Library

The digital library of the State Academy of Statistical Administration would likely be designed to facilitate easy access to these resources for students, researchers, faculty members and professionals in the field of statistics. It may also provide tools for data visualization, analysis and other features to support research and academic activities.

Hostel Facility

SASA aim to provide a comfortable and conducive living environment for students and scholars. Hostel rooms are usually furnished with basic necessities like a bed, study table, chair and storage space. Regular housekeeping services are typically provided to maintain cleanliness hygeine in the hostel.

Faculty Management

The faculty management at SASA plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high quality education and training programs, as well as the promotion of cutting-edge research in the field of statistics and data analysis. They bring a wealth of practical knowledge and academic expertise to the institution, enriching the learning experience of the students.

Internship

SASA provides internship programmes to students who completed UG or PG courses in statistics-related topics and Data Science. The academy has a rich source of official statistics in various sectors of the economy. Also, the students can utilise the library facilities of the Department of Economics & Statistics and other reference materials in SASA and DES during their internship period.
